In this video, Edison explains his research on whole herd drivers of wean-to-finish mortality. He develop an automated statistical model to capture and merge multiple data streams into a single cohort report. Then, he used that cohort report to measure the association between specific parameters and wean-to-finish mortality as well as forecast closeout mortality based on multiple variables.

In these videos, Jordan explains some of the results from his literature review of post-weaning mortality in swine production. Part 1 focuses on the non-infectious factors contributing to mortality, and their magnitude of impact.

Part 2 focuses on the infectious factors that contribute to post-weaning mortality in the swine industry.
